A: We are trading company with 22 years exporting experience. Meanwhile, we have more than 30 cooperated factories who can work for us.
Q: How do you control the quality of your products?
A:We have our own QC to follow all mass production from the begining until the end,we take care of every steps.
Q: Can I ask for samples before placing orders?
A: Of cause,we always make confirmation samples before masss production,but pls note that usually customer will pay the sample charges,and refund it after placing order.
Q: Can you make our design or put our logo on the product?
A: All customer’s design are welcomed,we will make the samples and goods according requested.
Q: What’s the delivery after final confirmed and paid deposits?
A: It depends on orders. Usually it will take  40-45days after final confirmation and received deposit.
Q:What’s the payments terms?
A:We accept L/C at sight(L/C for whole container only), T/T Payment and Alibaba trade assurance.

Q:What’s the shipping way?
A:Shipped by Air,sea or other couriers like EMS,Fedex,DHL,TNT,ect,we will discuss before start orders.
